The i2O Pump Controller is designed to be integrated into a Pump Control system in order to provide an algorithm-derived pump pressure setpoint to maintain required customer levels of service.
The controller must first be installed by a competent integrator, in accordance with the separate i2O Pump Controller Installation Manual. The checklist in that document should be completed by the installer and passed to the commissioning engineer.
The controller must then be configured and commissioned by either an i2O engineer or a competent 3rd-party engineer who has been trained by i2O.
The attached Pump Controller Commissioning Manual gives step-by-step instructions on the commissioning process. After commissioning, the Pump Controller can be managed remotely from oNet.
There are two models of Pump Controller supported. These are substantially the same, but the correct manual should be used for the model in use as there are minor differences:
- AEPM0003 - supplied up to 2016 - Black or multicoloured i2O Branding
- AEPM0016 - supplied from Q3 2016 - Light Blue "Calm Water" i2O Branding
