Usually a device is moved from the customer's virtual warehouse to a measurement Location when it is deployed. However, it is useful to understand what happens if a Logger is left active in the customer warehouse (also known as the "tenant warehouse").
When you force a dial-up with the FSU on a decommissioned device (either newly shipped or decommissioned with the FSU) and the device is in a tenant's oNet warehouse, then the device will get a default configuration. This contains multiple dial-ups over the next few hours and then one dial-up every 24 hours thereafter. This allows you to send a location-specific configuration to the device later in Anapos by moving the asset from the warehouse to a location without needing to return to the installation site to force another dial-up with the FSU.
You can view data in the monitoring graph for a Logger while it is in the warehouse. But if the Logger has never been previously at a location then you would only see the signal strength for any dial-ups on the graph because the default configuration does include any pressure or flow logging.
